Korea Techno's organic solvent concentrator
Emitting organic solvents into the atmosphere has a well-known negative impact on the environment. Solvent clean uses a zeolite inflammable material concentration Rotor. This helps limit the solvent's effects to certain areas. In low concentration, large quantity organic solvents can cut costs.
* System
- Rotate the concentration Rotor inside the machine where it is divided in to the concentration zone & the handling zone.
- The handling air, which includes the solvent, goes through the handling zone, and is changed into purified air without any solvents.
- On the other hand, the Rotor that has adsorbed the solvent moves to the concentration zone, and the adsorbed solvent becomes easier to handle by becoming concentrated there by the heater.
* Components
Toluene, ethylene chloride, acetone, polychrome ethlene, meltylene chloride, I.P.A, MEK, methanol, ethanol, butanol, nucleic acid, heptane, xylene, other organic solvents and a mixture of solvents.
* Characteristics
1. You can continuously concentrate the organic solvent.
2. It is appropriate for low concentration, large quantity handlings, and the running cost is low.
3. It uses a hydrophobic property zeolite Rotor and is inflammable.
4. Because the Rotor is made to rotate, it is compact and maintenance & repairs are simple.
5. Various types of solvent handlings are possible.
6. 7~15 times concentration rates are possible.
